Saalbach route: The circuit route for everyone that leads via Saalbach-Schattberg Ost (east)-Vorderglemm-Wildenkarkogel-Pründlkopf-Kohlmaiskopf-Saalbach (length: 16 km /2.5 hours without a break). Hinterglemm route: Many vertical meters and beautiful long runs lead via Saalbach-Schattberg Ost (east)-Schattberg West-Hinterglemm-Zwölferkogel-Hochalmspitze-Reiterkogel-Bernkogel-Saalbach (length 23 km/3 hours without a break).
