The Creamer’s Field Migratory Waterfowl Refuge offers the best birding in the Fairbanks region along a small system of easy urban trails. Each year over 150 different species of birds at some point call this farm home, a third of which can be seen in the short summer season. Sandhill cranes and Canada geese have trademarked the refuge and flock here in the hundreds from spring through fall.
