简介
On the shore of one of Delaware’s inland bays, a walk along the edges of marsh, pond, forest, meadow, and bay shore. Seahawk Nature Trail does not cover a lot of ground, but the lands it does cross are quite diverse. From sandy beach to wildflower meadow, from salt marsh to freshwater ponds and poplar groves, the path winds through many worlds. Short, easy, and interesting, this is a great trail for introducing children to the outdoors. Special considerations: Check trailhead information board for information on trail closures due to shorebird nesting.
